FAPT / CSA Services

Consists of case consultation & intake, in-person assessment, comprehensive analysis, detailed written report, and team meeting to review report.

Ongoing therapy sessions that can be community-based and/or in the home. Direct services may also include interdisciplinary co-treatment sessions.

Ongoing consultation with caregivers and providers, meeting attendance, additional reports/letters, and creation of individualized treatment materials.
