OT SKILLS GROUPS
Our OT Skills Groups empower youth through a neurodiverse-affirming approach, emphasizing play-based methods to establish "just-right" challenges and cultivate connections in a safe & supportive environment. We facilitate natural opportunities for social collaboration, self-advocacy, executive function, emotional regulation, motor learning, and sensory exploration.
